Account and Data Deletion Process

You can delete your MyPatientScore account and all associated data by following these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your account

    Sign in using your authentication method (Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Email)

  2. Navigate to your profile by visiting /profile

    Select the dashboard buttton on your profile

  3. Access Account Settings

    In your dashboard, locate and click on the "Account" tab

  4. Delete Account

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete Account" button

  5. Confirm Deletion

    Review the information about data deletion and confirm your choice

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be immediately and permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information and account details
  • All authentication data (sessions, OAuth connections)
  • All uploaded images (profile pictures, review images)
  • Your subscription and billing information in Stripe
  • All location data and address information
  • All patient leads and inquiries
  • For clinics: All team member associations and clinic profile data
  • For individuals: All individual profile data and clinic associations
  • For reviewers: All reviews, likes, and reports you've made

Data Retention Period

After initiating account deletion:

  • Your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our systems
  • This includes your profile information, account details, reviews, images, subscription data, and all other personal data
  • We do not retain any of your data after deletion
  • This process is immediate and irreversible

Additional Information

Important notes about account deletion:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled in Stripe
  • For clinic accounts: All team members will lose access to the clinic immediately
  • For individual accounts: All clinic associations will be removed
  • For reviewer accounts: All your reviews will be permanently removed
  • You will be immediately signed out after deletion
  • To use our services again, you'll need to create a new account
